John WicksSales Manager
John joined FOS.net in 1999 having already spent 25 years working within the IT industry after leaving behind an early career in Mechanical Engineering. The first 10 years of his working life were spent working within large corporate organizations. During the last 18 years his focus and expertise has been in the SME space.
Sue CanacottOffice Manager
Sue has been with FOS since it’s conception in 1995, and as the company has developed Sue is now responsible for the dedicated admin team who look after customer services, purchasing and accounts, along with the overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office.
Barry HalversonAccount Manager
After several positions within the IT industry, Barry found that software development was the niche for him. Barry has in excess of 19 years of experience; designing, developing and implementing CRM and Production Management solutions. Barry is also responsible for a portfolio of clients based in Essex & London helping them develop their infrastructure and network systems.
Lee CaswellAccount Manager
Lee joined FOS.net in 2011 having been a client manager for a company that lease multifunction printers. Lee’s dynamic and proactive approach to account management at FOS.net results in an ever expanding client base of satisfied customers.
Chris SquiresAccount Manager
Chris has over 20 years’ experience of managing SME client accounts. With Chris’ extensive tech industry knowledge he is well placed to recommend software and hardware solutions and is competent IT strategist.
Adam GermonOperations Manager
Adam joined FOS.net in 1999 and is responsible for all technical and operational elements of FOS.net business. Adam’s primary role is to ensure that all clients receive the industry-leading technical expertise, products and services they have become accustomed to from FOS.net.
Vince BaileySenior Installation Engineer
Vince is a 25 year plus veteran of the IT industry, responsible for planning, developing and executing IT projects. Vince is a fountain of knowledge in the FOS.net team and in many cases the go-to man that every organisation needs.
Nick ArcherTechnical Support Manager
Nick joined FOS.net in 2012 with vast experience in telephony and IT support. Starting out at FOS.net as a remote technical support engineer, Nick has rapidly worked his way to his current position. Nick is responsible for overseeing the technical department at FOS.net, ensuring that all things technical are completed with 100% customer satisfaction. Nick is renowned for his forward thinking approach to IT.
Stephen GillhamIT Engineer
Having been working in an outsource IT support environment for 5 years, Stephen joined FOS.net wishing to further his career in 2005. Steve’s core skills lie in telephony, desktop and server support.
Oliver SoperInstallation Engineer
Oliver joined FOS.net in 2005 as an apprentice from a local IT college. Oliver has since become a key member of the FOS.net team having earned many accreditations along the way, and is now responsible for installation planning & execution. Oliver’s key skills include Microsoft Office365, server migration & network infrastructure.
Tom HalversonIT Engineer
Tom joined FOS.net in 2014 having already been working in an outsource IT support department. Tom’s role is to provide remote desktop support as well as diagnosis and repair of desktop computers & laptops in our workshop. Tom’s skillset also extends to a keen interest of modern telephony solutions.
Sam Wooten1st Line Engineer
Sam joined FOS.net as a 1st line engineer in 2014 having been working at a local IT college. A driven and dedicated member of the team, Sam is a member of the backup proactive team responsible for ensuring our client’s backup solutions are completing with consistent success. Sam’s duties extend to executing change requests, technical logistics and customer support.
Paul NorrisIT Engineer
Paul is the newest member of the FOS.net team having joined in early 2016. Paul is a multi-skilled remote support engineer who has experience in multiple environments having previously worked in education and as a field engineer for an outsource IT department.
Adam ReddingIT Engineer
Adam joined FOS.net in 2016. Adam’s is a proficient remote IT support engineer with a multitude of qualifications including MCITP, MCP, and COMPTIA. Adam’s previous roles involved various projects supporting medium and large networks.
James McLeanIT Engineer
James joined the FOS.net support team in early 2016. Having previously worked in education environments, James’ current position is predominantly remote support. James is MCITP qualified and is actively studying towards an MCSA.
Tom MilehamIT Engineer
Tom joined the FOS.net support team having been working in a busy IT department for a publishing company. His responsibilities were to support over 400 users globally. Tom’s qualifications include COMPTIA & CCNA. Tom’s dynamic approach to IT support sees his daily duties include remote desktop support, managed service support and advanced scripting.
